Remaining Balance Refund
Users may request a refund for any unused balance in their SocialBoostBD account at any time. Refund requests can be submitted through the original payment method or supported payment gateway.
Most refund requests are processed within 6–12 hours. However, the time required for the funds to appear in your bank account or card depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Refund Processing Fees
When issuing refunds, processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used:
- International payment methods: 1% processing fee
- Local payment methods (e.g., UddoktaPay or similar): 2% processing fee
These fees are charged by payment providers and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Order Cancellation & Service Refunds
Orders placed on SocialBoostBD may be canceled if the service has not yet started. In cases where a service cannot be delivered, the order amount will be credited back to your SocialBoostBD account balance.
Non-Refundable Orders
Refunds will not be issued for orders that involve:
- Incorrect or invalid account information
- Private accounts
- Misplaced or wrongly submitted orders
Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before submitting a request.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Permanent restriction from using SocialBoostBD services
We also reserve the right to remove or revoke delivered services associated with disputed transactions.
Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will lead to immediate account termination. SocialBoostBD strictly enforces this rule to protect the platform and its users.
Service Usage Guidelines
Using multiple service providers or servers simultaneously for the same social media account may cause inaccurate results. Orders placed under such circumstances will not qualify for refunds.
