📌 Remaining Balance Refund

Users can request a refund for unused balance. Refunds are processed within 6–12 hours, but the time to receive funds depends on your payment provider.

📌 Additional Fees

• International payments: 1% fee
• Local payments: 2% fee

📌 Order Refunds

• Non-delivered orders will be refunded to your account balance
• Orders can be canceled before completion if applicable

📌 Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect or invalid links
• Private accounts
• Completed orders

📌 Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without valid reason will result in:

❌ Account suspension ❌ Cancellation of services ❌ Removal of delivered engagement

📌 Fraudulent Activity

Accounts involved in fraud will be permanently banned.

📌 Server Usage

Do not use multiple servers for the same link. This may affect delivery and will not qualify for refunds.
